Hey! Its the summer holidays. There's nothing much for me to do so I decided to help teach and help the mentally challenged children. I have a special passion for these special kids. I don't know why but I just do. This is pretty much what I want to do in the future, helping the less fortunate, less fortunate in any way. These kids here that I'm helping out are roughly 14 years old. They are seriously very nice and unique. They are so focused, cheeky and heart-warming. I don't really know how to describe them but what I can say is that they make me humble myself and be grateful for what I have. They have something special that I don't have, endless joy. Well, that's what I think. These kids also taught me to be very patient. I am already very patient but I need even more patience. I also learn to not complain so much and be grateful. I thank God for everything that I have. I thank God for everything that these children have as well, thank God for lovely parents who actually care to send them to a training centre for them to learn.
I challenge everyone to be thoughtful and be grateful for everything that you have. Also, find your passion, what drives you a compelling feeling, enthusiasm, or desire for something. You'd never know what true joy feels like. You just have to find it.
Don't focus on everything you're not, but focus on everything you are.
"You are fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." -Psalm 139:14
So, what's your passion?
