Hello again! Hmm. So Thursday is the day where I tell you what kind of drinks/desserts/food I've been obsessing over lately. And also the thought of being thirsty for God's word and what God has to say.
So I've been really into this mango sago dessert thingy. It's so good. It's pretty much just mango smoothie, mango and loads of sago. It's the best! You can get it from this shop, Hui Lau Shan. They have it in Pavilion and One Utama. Sadly I don't have photos of this but I'll post it up the next time I have it!
Well, I've been lacking a lot of things in life but I'm going to focus more on having hope and faith. You see, I've been through a couple of surgeries and health issues. It's like one thing after another. Not the best thing but I've been brave all these while. I always believed that the surgeries would turn out well and it did. Now, my knee problem couldn't be easily corrected and if it really doesn't heal, I might have to go for surgery. Which is obviously bad. I'm quite fed up and kind of giving up on believing that my knees would heal. I'm just not putting God in the picture and not hoping or thinking that God would heal it anymore because these problems keep coming. I didn't actually pray much about my knee either. That's not very helpful.
These are the verses which spoke to me:
Job 5:18 For he wounds, but he also bandages; he strikes, but his hands also heal.
Jeremiah 30:17 Yes, I will restore you to health. I will heal your wounds. I, the Lord , affirm it! For you have been called an outcast, Zion, whom no one cares for."
Jeremiah 29:12 When you call out to me and come to me in prayer, I will hear your prayers.
I'm now happy believing and having more and more faith each day! Thank you God for providing me many many things in my life.
